He covered high school sports on several occasions as well as the Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Cardinals and Arizona State sports. XCP girls claim awards for archery, equestrian

Xavier students continue to show their excellence in all facets of the competitive process.

Two Gators recently received awards for their efforts.

Senior Kira Dean, a member of the school’s Hotshots team for archery and clay target shooting, was honored by the National Archery in Schools Program (NASP) for overcoming a major life event or disability and inspiring others.

Also, freshman Ava Todd has been given here Equestrian Letter for her work in riding and jumping. She has been working with the horses for three years.

Congratulations, Kira and Ava. You make Xavier proud!!
