He covered high school sports on several occasions as well as the Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Cardinals and Arizona State sports. Gator softball rallies to defeat Basha again

Xavier Prep’s softball team staged a three-run rally in the top of the sixth inning against host Chandler Basha on Friday (March 31) and went on to defeat the Bears for the second time in as many days 8-6.
The Gators, who earned a 7-6 victory at home against Basha on Thursday (March 30), raised their record to 7-10.
Xavier has three games this coming week, including back-to-back games against Gilbert Perry. The Gators will host the Pumas on Tuesday (April 4) and visit the Pumas on Thursday (April 6). Then on Friday (April 7), XCP will be back at home against Queen Creek.
Kelsey Melton and Macrina Zachar teach had three hits for the Gators on Friday, and Abby Rascon, Annamarie Hartman drove in a pair of runs.
