sophomore Ashley Menne earned medalist honors with a 3-under 33. Freshman
Lauren Garcia was second with a 2-under 34.
Third place
was shared by Chaparral’s Kelly Su and Gator freshman Breyana Matthews with a
1-under 35. Su was the medalist at the Antigua with Menne second.
Sophomore
Millburn Ho and freshman Baylee Tayles each shot an even-par 36.

Another
tournament is on the agenda for the Gators on Thursday (Sept. 7), the Aguila
Invitational at the Aguila Golf Course in Laveen. The course has been the site
of the state tournament the last few years, but this year, the event will be
held at the Omni Tucson National. Tee time for the Aguila is approximately
11:15 a.m.
