DON KETCHUM is a native of Phoenix. He was a sportswriter for The Arizona Republic/The Phoenix Gazette for nearly four decades. He covered high school sports on several occasions as well as the Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Cardinals and Arizona State sports. From 2008-14, he was a staff writer for AIA365.com, the web site of the Arizona Interscholastic Association.

ASU's Newman Center to honor Sr. Lynn Winsor

Xavier Prep athletic director and golf co-head coach Sr. Lynn Winsor, BVM, CMAA, will add another honor to her list of many on March 14, when she will receive the Arizona State University Newman Center 2020 Distinguished ASU Alumnus.

The event will be held at the San-Tan Ford Club at Sun Devil Stadium. Pre-event festivities, including a silent auction, will begin at 5 p.m. The dinner and program will be at 7 p.m.

Congratulations, Sr. Lynn, a great example for all XCP students and faculty to follow!!
