He covered high school sports on several occasions as well as the Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Cardinals and Arizona State sports. From 2008-14, he was a staff writer for AIA365.com, the web site of the Arizona Interscholastic Association.

Gators help spread the word on wearing masks

Mask Up, Gator Nation !!

It’s important to wear a mask virtually everywhere you go these days, especially here on campus when in-person classes resume on Sept. 8.

The Arizona Interscholastic Association realizes the importance of this, and enlisted the help of an XCP coach (volleyball’s Lamar-Renee Bryant) and a pair of athletes (softball’s Meghan Schouten and beach volleyball’s Serena Turner) to shoot a Public Service Announcement in the Activity Center on Thursday (Sept. 3).

By the end of this coming weekend, the 15-second video will appear on the AIA Web site, azpreps365.com, as well as other media outlets around the state.

Be sure to watch for it !!
