The XCP Files is happy to let you know about a project that is certain to bring a smile to your face.

See that Big X?

Yes, it is hard to miss it.

The XCP Dads’ Club, led by club President Matt Campisi, and numerous Gator students wanted to promote the upcoming annual fundraising X Breakfast, which this year will be presented virtually on Thursday (Sept. 17) at 8 a.m.

Those interested can go to the school’s Web site, click to register and link to the video of the program. Elena Flores Breese, XCP Class of 2000, will be the Keynote Speaker and is sure to provide an inspirational message.

And there is a second button on which to click that will allow donations.

Tbe Big X was made up of about 40 cars, representing the school’s four classes, set up in the south parking lot of the nearby North Phoenix Baptist Church on Saturday (Sept. 12).

XCP Athletic Director Sr. Lynn Winsor showed up at 7 a.m., just before the start of the event, to offer encouragement, along with school President Sr. Joan Fitzgerald and Principal Sr. Joan Nuckols. The full roster of a combined 100 students and parents took shape shortly after the administrators were there.

Photos and videos were taken from a drone high above the event.

Way to go, Gators, and the Dads’ Club !!
