The inaugural Altis Carry the Shield Invitational was held for track and field athletes on Tuesday (April 20), and Xavier Prep was well represented in the middle- and long-distance running events.
Junior Tatum
Goforth flew solo and finished fifth in the 800-meter run with a time of
2:22.95.
The Gators
had 10 runners in the 3,200-meter run.
Junior
Karime Morales was the top finisher in the sixth spot with a time of 12:45.57.
